    • Email subscription: Name, email address, and engagement metrics when you subscribe to our newsletter via Substack

  • We use the information we collect to: deliver coaching services and programs; process payments and send transaction confirmations; communicate with you about appointments, services, and inquiries; send our newsletter and educational content (with your consent); improve our website and services; and comply with legal obligations.
